Share a Secret Cupcakes
The secret’s out! Valentine’s is fun for everyone.

What you'll need:
- 1 bag MILKY WAY® Brand Minis
- 1 bag M&M’S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for Valentine’s
- 1 box (18.25-oz.) Devil’s food cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 can (16-oz.) vanilla frosting
- 1/2 cup red decorating sugar
- 2 12-cup cupcake pans
- 48 cupcake paper liners
- 24 precut 1 1/2-inch hearts
- Pink Ribbon
- Printable template
What to do:
- Prepare 1 box of Devil’s food cake mix with 4 eggs, 1-cup buttermilk instead of water and 1/2-cup oil.
- Fold-in 2 cups of chopped MILKY WAY® Brand Minis before dividing batter evenly between the cupcake paper lined pans. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 15-18 minutes. Remove and cool completely.
- Frost cupcakes and decorate edges with red decorating sugar. Arrange M&M’S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for Valentine’s on top into a question mark shape.
- Write messages on hearts and attach each to the center of a ribbon strand. Place heart in the bottom of a cupcake paper liner. Set a decorated cupcake right on top.
Tip: Cut construction paper hearts using our printable template if necessary.
Makes 24 cupcakes.
