Sweet Peach Surprise
Take advantage of a summertime fruit with this sumptuous peach treat.

What you'll need:
  • For Sauce:
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 lemon verbena tea bags
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint leaves
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2-quart baking dish
  • For peaches:
  • 6 large, ripe peaches, halved with stones removed
  • 1 cup chopped TWIX® BRAND Caramel Cookie Bars
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 cup raspberries, optional
What to do:
  1. For sauce: Steep milk, sugar, verbena tea and mint. Whisk eggs with 1 cup of steeped milk. Return milk mixture to pot and continue cooking for 30 seconds. Remove from heat, strain and set aside to cool to room temperature.
  2. Arrange 10 peach halves, cut side up, in baking pan. Chop remaining peach halves and combine with TWIX® BRAND Caramel Cookie Bars, coconut, brown sugar and butter. Spoon filling into peach centers and bake in preheated 350 oven for the 30 minutes. Spoon custard onto serving plates, top with peach and fresh raspberries.
