Minty Shortbread Treats

What you'll need:
- 1 bag 3 MUSKETEERS® Brand Mint Miniatures, thinly sliced
- 1 bag DOVE® Brand Miniatures Dark Chocolate
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
What to do:
- Preheat oven to 350?
- Beat butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Mix flour and salt together and then gradually add to butter mixture, blend until mixture just begins to pull together. Add vanilla and mint extracts, mix until blended.
- Divide dough into two pieces. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Roll each piece, one at a time, into a 6x12-inch rectangle. Lay three rows of sliced 3 MUSKETEERS® Brand Miniatures along the length of each rectangle. Fold dough over candy, like a book, and seal with tines of a fork.
- Place rectangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into 3/4-inch strips while still hot.
- Put 8 DOVE® Brand Miniatures Dark Chocolates into resealable bag and microwave for 15 seconds, until melted. Snip corner and drizzle chocolate over shortbread strips.
