Apple Tree Cookies

What you'll need:
- 1 bag M&M’S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies
- 1 bag TWIX® Brand FUN SIZE® Bars, unwrapped
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 16-oz. can vanilla frosting
- 1 18-oz. roll sugar cookie dough
- Green food coloring
- 4-inch daisy flower cookie cutter
- Printable template
- Rolling pin
What to do:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Knead sugar cookie dough with the flour until smooth. Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Using the cookie cutter, press out 10 cookie shapes. Then, using the printable template as a guide, cut the remaining cookie dough into 10 tree trunk shapes.
- Place the flower-shaped cookies on a baking sheet. Press one tree trunk on each cookie to make a tree.
- Bake one cookie sheet at a time for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely.
- Remove cookies from the cookie sheets. Add green food coloring to the frosting until it’s the desired shade of green. Spread the frosting over the treetops.
- Press on M&M’S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies.
- Spread a small amount of frosting on each trunk, and then put a TWIX® Brand FUN SIZE® Bar over it.
Tip: You can use the printable pattern instead of the cookie cutter to create the entire Apple Tree shape in steps 2 and 3.
