Designer Cupcakes
Everyone can get involved—and get creative!

What you'll need:
- 1 box MILKY WAY® Brand FUN SIZE® Bars, chopped
- 1 bag M&M’S® Brand Peanut Chocolate Candies
- 1 bag 3 MUSKETEERS® Brand FUN SIZE® Bars, chopped
- 1 bag M&M’S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies
- 1 box your favorite cake mix
- 3 16-oz. cans vanilla frosting
- Assorted food colorings
- Small bowls or paper cups
- Plastic knives or craft sticks
- 2 12-cup muffin tins (if making your own cupcakes)
- 24 paper cupcake liners (if making your own cupcakes)
What to do:
- If baking your own cupcakes, prepare the cupcakes according to the directions on the box. Cool completely.
- Divide the frosting between several bowls. Add food coloring to each bowl until you get the desired color. Set aside.
- Divide the M&M’S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies, M&M’S® Brand Peanut Chocolate Candies, 3 MUSKETEERS® Brand FUN SIZE® Bars and MILKY WAY® Brand FUN SIZE® Bars into several bowls.
- Set up a "cupcake frosting station." Place the frosting bowls and candy bowls around a worktable, along with the cupcakes.
- Have each child or family member choose a cupcake and spread colored frosting on top. Encourage creativity and experimentation with color combinations!
- After the cupcakes are iced, have each child use the M&M’S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies to mark their initials on top of their cupcake, and decorate the tops with an assortment of their favorite Mars candies.
TIP: You can substitute each box of your favorite cake mix with 24 store-bought cupcakes.
