SNICKERS® Fruit Blintzes

What you'll need:
- 1 cup chopped SNICKERS® BRAND FUN SIZE®
- 1 package (ten 9-inch crepes) French crepes
- 3 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Confectioners’ sugar, for dusting
- Large skillet
- For the fruit topping:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 apricots, sliced into thin wedges
- 2 peaches, cut into thin slices
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
What to do:
- Combine ricotta cheese, SNICKERS® BRAND FUN SIZE®, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, marmalade and cinnamon. Lay crepes flat and spoon 1/2 cup ricotta mixture into center. Fold opposite sides of crepe towards center so filling is tucked inside, set aside. Repeat process for all crepes.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add blintzes, folded side-down; brown both sides.
- For fruit topping: Heat butter and sugar in skillet. Add fruit and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve blintzes with warm fruit topping and dusting of confectioners’ sugar.
