What you'll need:
- 1 bag STARBURST® Brand Jellybeans
- 1 container white frosting
- 1 18.25-oz. box yellow cake mix
- Green food coloring
What to do:
- Make cupcakes according to package directions.
- Tint frosting with green food coloring to resemble grass.
- Pipe or spread frosting onto cooled cupcakes and place STARBURST® Brand Jellybeans on top.
