Hatch some sweet surprises with this adorable Nesting Hen!

What you'll need:
  • Assorted Mars candies, such as DOVE® Brand Milk and Dark Chocolate Eggs, M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies FUN SIZE® for Easter, and STARBURST® Brand FUN SIZE® Fruit Chews for Easter
  • Yellow and orange construction paper or poster board
  • Double-sided tape
  • Non-toxic glue
  • Google eyes
  • Craft feathers
  • Easter grass
What to do:
  1. Cut two 10-inch circles out of the yellow construction paper. Cut a straight line in one of the circles, beginning from the outside edge and moving towards the center. Slide one edge of the paper over the other to create a cone with a point, and secure it with tape.
  2. Decorate the cone with a beak cut from orange construction paper. Glue the beak and eyes on the cone. Glue feathers on the cone for wings and tail feathers. Set aside.
  3. Cover the second circle with Easter grass and an assortment of Mars candy. Place the "Nesting Hen" on top of the circle, tucking the candy underneath. Randomly arrange colored feathers around the bottom of the "Nesting Hen". Then, place it at your child's place at the table, and let them lift the chick to find the goodies inside!
