Bunny or Chick Cookie Pops
Kids can help create funny bunny faces and chirping chick characters. They’ll be the most popular pops around!

What you'll need:
  • 1 bag M&M’S® Brand Chocolate Candies for Easter
  • 1 bag STARBURST® Brand Jellybeans
  • Optional: 1 bag STARBURST® Brand Fruit Chews, 1 tube decorator’s icing, 10-inch squares cellophane, curling ribbon
  • 1 16-oz. tub prepared white frosting
  • 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • Pink, red or yellow food coloring
  • Lollipop sticks (available in arts and crafts stores)
  • Printable template or large chick and bunny cookie cutters.
What to do:
  1. Following the directions on the package, roll the cookie dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
  2. Using the printable template cut cookie shapes from the dough. Arrange them on a non-stick baking sheet.
  3. Press a lollipop stick into the bottom half of each cookie.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 12 to 14 minutes.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Put 1/2 cup of frosting into one small bowl for each color and tint with food coloring.
  7. Spread the frosting on the surface of the cookie, and then arrange the candy on the frosting to make faces.
Optional: To make bunny whiskers, either use decorator’s icing, or roll and cut STARBURST® Brand Fruit Chews into 1-1/2-inch strips. For a gift: Wrap each cookie in a square of cellophane, tying it closed with a piece of ribbon.
Makes 8 cookie pops.
