Colorful Caramel Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plus 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided
  • 1 cup quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats, uncooked
  • 2/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 sticks butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, divided
  • 2/3 cup caramel ice cream topping

Directions

  • 1. Preheat oven 350°F.
  • 2. Combine 1 cup flour, oats, sugar, baking soda and salt; blend in melted butter to form crumbly mixture.
  • 3. Press half the crumb mixture onto bottom of 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; bake 10 minutes.
  • 4. Blend remaining 6 tablespoons flour with caramel topping; pour over top.
  • 5. Combine remaining crumb mixture with M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies and pecans; sprinkle over caramel layer.
  • 6. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
