M&M'S® Colorful Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 8-ounce bars fat free cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies

Directions

  • 1. Line 9" brownie pan with foil.
  • 2. Beat butter, 1/4 cup sugar, and salt; then fold in flour.
  • 3. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and blend.
  • 4. Press into pan, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350°F.
  • 6. Mix together cream cheese and remaining sugar; when smooth, add eggs (one at a time) and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
  • 7. Remove crust from fridge, and bake for 20 minutes.
  • 8. When done, pour cream cheese mixture over top.
  • 10. Bake for 40 minutes, let cool.
  • 11. Once cool, top with M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies and refrigerate overnight.
  • 12. Next morning, remove and cut into triangle shapes.
