Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 regular SNICKERS® bars, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon coffee liqueur
  • 1 box (15 pieces) bite-size filo tart shells (found in your frozen food case)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped peanuts

Directions

  • 1. Combine 3 tablespoons of heavy cream with the candy and microwave in 30-second intervals until melted. Stir between each interval. Cool mixture to room temperature, keeping it smooth while just removing just the heat. This should take about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • 2. Whip remaining heavy cream until stiff. Once it begins to stiffen, add the coffee liqueur and continue beating.
  • 3. Stir one-quarter of the whipped cream with the candy mixture until well blended. Fold the remaining cream into the mixture, one-half at a time. Spoon or pipe the mousse into the filo cups and top with a sprinkling of chopped peanuts.
