  • Adding a chocolate or sugar rim to a cocktail glass is one of the easiest ways to add additional flavors to a drink. Create flavored sugars by mixing chopped ginger, shaved chocolate, or citrus zest in a food processor with the sugar. Use juice, citrus fruits, or even melted chocolate to wet the rim of the glass. Then dip the wet rim into the flavored sugar.
